• If the Initial Design Concepts are approved by the clients and revision processed has started.
• If the client has chosen a special discounted package.
• You work for our client and/or vendor, or someone who uses services and/or products that have been developed by us.
• If the clients want the refund due to a reason that is not related to The Market Magnetize.
• If the client is unresponsive or not contacted The Market Magnetize from 12 Working days.
• If Companies policies are voilcated.
• If the brief form is lacking required information.
• If the claim has crossed the “refund request” time span.
• If the Final Files are delivered by the Sales Representative/Project Managers of The Market Magnetize.
• If the business is closing or there is a disagreement with the partners of the company.
• If the services are from the following Web/Email Hosting, Domain Registrations, SEO and SMM.
